Responsibilities
Wekiva Springs Center is committed to providing quality and compassionate care to our patients. We are conveniently located near I-95 South and J Turner Butler Boulevard on the Southside of Jacksonville, Florida. We provide behavioral health and substance abuse treatment to adults and older adults. Our continuum of care offers inpatient and outpatient programming to accommodate the severity of each patient's condition.
We presently have an opening for a PRN EVS-Housekeeper Position and the duties include the following:
* Sanitizing patient rooms
* Picking up trash and dirty laundry
* Cleaning common areas of the Hospital
* Vacuuming, dusting and cleaning designated areas of the Hospital.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must be able to do the following:
* Has at least 2 years Environmental Services or Housekeeping service experience
* Prefer direct working experience in a healthcare setting
* Able to complete the tasks assigned to the position
* Exhibits a compassionate and caring attitude to others
* Able to follow the instructions of their immediate supervisor.
Schedule:
* Must be able to attend 2 days of orientation that will occur one a month on Monday and Tuesday from 8a to 4:30 pm as scheduled
* Able to work at least 2 to 4 shifts per month
