Job Summary (Purpose):
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Consumer Insights, the Commercial Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for developing a comprehensive go-to- market product strategy for our AmeriGas Propane Commercial Business, Regional/Local Commercial Markets, and Wholesale. The PMM will lead in the analysis, planning, and marketing of the Commercial Business to optimize profit and meeting marketing, financial and corporate growth and retention objectives. The PMM will bring a unique understanding and knowledge of how to best position each commercial segment in the marketplace to achieve our revenue and profit objectives. This individual will have a proven track record of growing products through retail and e-commerce channels, while partnering with our sales team in creating a comprehensive strategy to expand and grow market share.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Creates and defines AmeriGas Commercial marketing plans and manages expenditures to ensure maximum profitability while managing spending.
* Build and deliver an impactful marketing and communication plan.
* Utilize customer profitability system to identify opportunities for increasing profitability of segment.
* Develop program metrics and manage analysis of results and profitability using CPA and CLV as key KPIs; keep management informed of market conditions, strategic plans, tactics, results.
* Collaborate with Leadership Team to plan, develop and launch new services and products.
* Identify key strategic partnerships within industry associations to increase awareness of AmeriGas and ultimately drive growth and profitability through relationships with highly valued business (CLV).
* Manage marketing relationships and campaigns in conjunction with the sales team for the top tier national customers.
* Lead strategy for wholesale marketing in collaboration with sales team.
* Obtain insights into customersthrough interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
* Provide education and support tools to enable the sales teams success.
* Work with stakeholdersto listen, inquire and gather input that gets translated into custom marketing/sales materials
* Build on product messaging that sets products apart from others in the market. Ensure messaging and content is highly visible and effectively placed within all marketing channels.
* Research competitor offerings and provide insights for sales and marketing team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field (Masters degree preferred)
* 7+ years in consumer / B2B Marketing
* Experience in managing multi-segment marketing channels required
* Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
Education and Experience Required:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
* Excellent teamwork skills
