Job Summary:
The Bottle Filler is primarily responsible for removing empty motor fuel cylinders from the flatbed truck, filling the cylinder with liquid propane to set specifications and then loading the filled cylinder back onto the flatbed truck. The Bottle Filler performs all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations, in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures including utilizing all Personal Protective Equipment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be capable of lifting and filling bottles weighing up to 80 pounds each
Must be able to drive a manual and an automatic transmission
Ability to complete CETP training as required by DOT regulations
Will be required to work outside in any type of weather conditions

Education and Experience Required:
High School diploma or equivalency
