Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Interact with Agency Managers and staff.
2. Develop business plan to address agency needs.
3. Implement process improvement in accordance with agency review findings.
4. Liaison between BB&T Insurance management, operations and agencies.
5. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and workflows.
6. Monitor agency adherence to standard operating procedures.
7. Lead or participate in Task Groups.
8. Identify line of business challenges, providing support and resolution as applicable.
9. Provide information and support of new products enhancing workflows.
10.Refine efficiencies with operational procedures through use of automation.
11.Support new and existing agencies.
12.Responsibility may include support of specialty line of business or department.
13.Serve as Business Recovery liaison.
Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education and related training
2. Four years of working insurance experience
3. Experience on Agency Services team or equivalent work experience
4. Insurance license(s)
