ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Shift: 5A (Monday-Friday)
Job Purpose:
Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. Operates automated office equipment. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
NATURE OF WORK:
* Responsible for maintaining out of scope database with each PM. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
* Preparing and maintaining electronic and traditional filing systems, faxing and distributing material, assisting in the execution and distribution of corporate documents and other administrative support duties.
* Create presentation material and work with cross functions team member to ensure projects success.
* Must possess advanced computer skills, proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, products and other software tools.
* Requires outstanding customer-service skills for fielding phone calls from outside counsel and internal executives.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
* Ability to interface with all levels of management, customers, and employees.
* Must have good writing and proofreading skills; attention to detail required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Must be a US Citizen
High School Diploma
2-4 years of experience in related field
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and other software tools
