Role:
The AppExchange marketing team sits at the center of this thriving ecosystem of business apps, components, consultants, and more. We are looking for a self-starter to join the AppExchange Marketing Program (AMP) team. AMP is a best in class, paid co-marketing program that helps innovative AppExchange partners grow their business and connect to the Salesforce community.

We are looking for a marketing content specialist to help partners grow their businesses, reach new customers, and amplify their marketing efforts by delivering incredible multi-media marketing assets at scale. This is an exciting, creative role where the ideal marketing content specialist will help co-create marketing assets throughout the funnel in conjunction with partners, Salesforce teams, and third-party vendors. Additionally, the marketing content specialist have opportunities to brainstorm new ideas to help partners market themselves and see those projects through to completion.

* Passion for creating compelling, world-class marketing programs across digital, video, audio, and social media that drives demand for partners
* Focus to think about scale, partner success, customer engagement, demand generation, and new and creative ways to deliver a message

Responsibilities:

* Create compelling, high-impact marketing assets with AppExchange partners that drives demand and generates leads
* Own and deliver multiple projects from ideation to completion, across a wide variety of partners, creating videos, digital assets, ebooks, customer stories, and more
* Develop co-marketing promotions to help partners engage Salesforce audiences
* Coach partners on how to use their co-marketing promotions in a way that maximizes their return on investment
* Engage directly with partners to understand their marketing goals and recommend AMP promotions that will best further their company goals
* Collaborate across a number of Salesforce partner, marketing, and creative teams to bring new projects to fruition and deliver on current projects
* Create and distribute self-service AMP materials including project overviews, how-to documents, and best practices
* Report on the success of projects, both internally and to partners
* Represent AMP in meetings with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers

Skills:

* Strong communicator and writer
* Creative enjoys finding new ways to deliver a message
* Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and organization
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Project management: track record of handling multiple projects and ability to prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment
* Client management experience, high-credibility presence
* Keen ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
* Proven experience with multimedia production, including digital, video, audio
* Experience working with ad agencies, graphic designers and media vendors to develop strong creative and execute campaigns
* 2 years of industry experience in a related capability a plus
