The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for the control and communication around inventory both physically in the warehouse and systematically, through monitoring, traceability, and reconciliations. This position supports all department goals, especially those that seek to optimize inventory levels and protect company assets while elevating the satisfaction of the customers experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
nn Supports investigation of inventory variances Responsible for the timely disposition of disputed inventory. Supports inventory movements for the reduction of backorders all areas. Completes transactions for the removal of expiry dated/calibrated products within the warehouse Facilitates movements of product within the warehouse Supports monthly inventory physical & Cycle Counts Controls the systematic movement of inventory and data integrity. Conducts inventory transactions as necessary for product recalls. Various other administrative duties as assigned or requested. Perform duties in compliance with applicable regulations and standards such as FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO (International Organization for Standardization). Follow all standard operating procedures, written and oral, at all times. Assists in the transactions of the internal safety stock inventory movements Assist with brand rationalization recovery and disposition efforts

Expected Areas of Competence
nn Computer literate with intermediate familiarity with MS Excel Strong customer service orientation Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to foster positive relationships with all internal and external (sales) personnel Results oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment Strong attention to detail Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to learn Ability to work unsupervised on assigned tasks

Education/Experience Requirements
nn High School Diploma 0-2 years related experience, preferably within the medical device industry Experience with Inventory Control practices and data analysis preferred. SAP/Oracle experience or exposure preferred
