Job Summary: Responsible for re-manufacturing and daily inventory control. This individual may assist in more than one phase of production. Essential Job Duties: 1\. Understand Transmission identification system, tooling instructions, and standard charts for such specifications as dimensions, tolerances and tooling instructions such as type of holding fixtures, cutting speeds, feed rates, and cutting tools to be used. 2\. Compute such data as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times. 3\. Measure flanges thickness and maintain flange thickness records. 4\. Operate CNC lathes to machine wheels and provide surface comparable to original wheel. 5\. Responsible for productivity and quality control for assigned production process. 6\. Maintains orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas. 7\. Complies with established company policies and procedures. 8\. Assumes other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education & Experience: High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired. Prior machining experience preferred, supplemented by on-the-job training, to learn duties, nature of work performed, procedures, work methods, to become familiar with the company's products, locations, machines and equipment, operating methods, and to attain proficiency requirements and to fully assume responsibilities of the job.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be familiar with the company's products and warehouse methods, techniques, and procedures. Must be able to work in cooperation with others. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively with others. Must have a flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: This position requires individuals to constantly be on their feet except when operating machinery. Should not have any lifting restrictions and must not be afraid of heights. They must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend and climb and be able to move/lift 35-50 pounds regularly. They must be able to climb ladders, stairs and withstand heights of more than 15 feet.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Should be able to tolerate high and low temperatures levels. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.

• S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
