As an Early Career Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing Capital's next generation of talent. You will serve as the direct manager for associates participating in Capital's Early Career programs, providing coaching, feedback, and career development throughout their rotational experience. You will partner with business leaders to design meaningful rotation opportunities, oversee associate performance and development, and help facilitate successful long-term placement outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to execute a best-in-class early career experience, including internship programs, rotational assignments, onboarding, learning and development initiatives, and full-time placement planning. Through your leadership, you will help shape the future of Capital's enterprise talent pipeline.

You have 5+ years of experience in talent development, talent management, learning and development, recruiting, human resources, program management, or a related field. 

You have experience managing, coaching, and developing early-career talent through internship, rotational, leadership development, or comparable programs. 

You are passionate about helping individuals grow and thrive, and have a track record of providing meaningful coaching, feedback, and career guidance. 

You have experience partnering with business leaders and managers to identify development opportunities, assess talent, and support workforce planning decisions. 

You have participated in recruiting efforts, including candidate assessment, interviewing, selection, and offer discussions. 

You are comfortable facilitating performance reviews, calibration discussions, and talent assessment processes. 

You have experience designing, managing, or improving learning, development, or talent programs. 

You are highly collaborative and build strong partnerships across Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, and business teams. 

You enjoy balancing strategy and execution, translating business needs into scalable talent solutions while ensuring a high-quality participant experience. 

You have strong project and program management skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. 

You have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy using data, feedback, and insights to enhance programs and outcomes. 

You thrive in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment and bring strong judgment, communication, and influencing skills.
