About the team

We’re looking for product managers who are passionate about helping people find their next home. Come join us! You’ll work on a team responsible for helping customers take a big leap from dreaming to buying. We make sure we route every Zillow customer to the best real estate agent available for them. From there, they work together to win the perfect home. We aim to make the start of the home purchase process as seamless as possible. We’re a high?performing, fast?paced team that prides itself on continuous innovation of its products, especially during this time of big change in the industry

About the role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems and delivering meaningful results. This role will focus on building and scaling a network of high?performing agents on Zillow who deliver a best?in?class customer experience. In late Q4 2025, Zillow transitioned from team?based engagement to managing performance at the individual agent level. This shift significantly expanded the scope and complexity of performance management for Zillow’s Preferred Buyer program. As the Preferred program scales, we must evolve from high?touch, 1:1 operator?led performance management to scalable systems that can support tens of thousands of agents. This role will define the strategy and execution plan for that transition, including designing the tools, incentives, and experiences that drive conversion across key personas such as agents, team leads, loan officers, and internal growth advisors.

You Will Get To:

Identify and clearly articulate customer problems, balancing agent and customer feedback with business needs

Define goals and success metrics for your product area and prioritize what to build to achieve them

Inform Zillow’s strategy by understanding customer needs, analyzing competitors, and staying current on industry and technology trends

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data on agent and customer performance to rapidly test, measure, and iterate on your team’s products

Coordinate across product, operations, and go?to?market teams to align product work with high?level business strategy
