Support efforts to document business requirements related to HR data, skills frameworks, and job architecture initiatives.

Partner with People Analytics and HR stakeholders to understand reporting, workforce intelligence, and data requirements associated with HR programs.

Assist in identifying data dependencies and process considerations needed to support AI-enabled capabilities.

Contribute to documentation and governance activities that support consistent use of HR data across programs.

Develop business-friendly process documentation, stakeholder materials, and training resources.

Support change impact assessments and adoption planning activities.

Assist stakeholders in understanding process changes, new workflows, and technology-enabled capabilities.

Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Help translate transformation initiatives into practical, understandable experiences for employees, managers, and HR teams.
