Job Description

The Captain will maintain proficiency and competency as a required crewmember on the assigned aircraft. This individual will assist in the execution of assigned duties to provide safe and efficient air transportation, ensuring that all flights are conducted in accordance with established company policies and the Federal Aviation Regulations. 

Duties & Responsibilities (Essential functions are identified in bold and italicized text below.)

Must work safely at all times.

Operate type-rated aircraft in a safe and professional manner.

Perform pre-flight /post-flight checks to the aircraft’s operational systems.

Create flight plans and modify as needed based on conditions (e.g., weather).

Meet the requirements of NGL’s Open Pilot Warranty and our insurance provider’s approval to cover you as a pilot on our insurance.

Hold a minimum 2nd class pilot medical certificate.

Successfully fulfill recurrent training requirements and maintain all other FAA specifications as required.

Assist with additional work duties as directed.

Experience/Education

Valid US Passport without restrictions is required.

3500 hours TT.

2000 PIC.

1500 Turbin and 50 hours in Falcon 2000.

2500 MEL.

DA-2000 EX EASy Type Rating required (prefer current training).

ATP.

1st or 2nd Class Medical.

Travel

Up to 75% travel required.

The Refined Products and Renewables segment markets gasoline, diesel, ethanol, and biodiesel products; and purchase and delivers refined petroleum and renewable products. This segment also purchases and markets unfinished gasoline blending components for subsequent blending into finished gasoline for third parties. NGL Energy Holdings LLC serves as the general partner of the company. The company was founded in 1940 and is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
