Provide operations sourcing support for the disposables and capital product lines for Billerica site.
There is no relocation assistance available for this role.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Ensure raw material supply continuity and manage any escalations that impact raw material supply to the site.
Identify cost reduction opportunities with suppliers and identify the site's raw material cost reduction opportunities.
Develop and implement Operations Sourcing programs to boost supplier delivery performance, as measured by Supplier On-Time in Full metrics.
Conduct supplier production capacity reviews, identify potential risks, and drive mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.
Drive Last Time Buy activities and Strategic Inventory Purchase activities to ensure continuity of supply.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with Suppliers, Operations Scheduling, Supply Network Planning, Supplier Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Operations Quality, Category Management, and other internal stakeholders.
Foster a continuous improvement and lean culture to drive advancements in the supply base in terms of quality, cost, and performance, as well as supporting business objectives.
Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Supply chain sourcing
Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Materials Management or Supply Chain related field.
Prior experience in supply chain and sourcing, strong communication and influencing skills, procurement knowledge, experience managing a variety of suppliers and categories - Plastics, metals, microelectronics., packaging, etc
Solid computer skills: i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
Advanced Excel knowledge (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).
Solid knowledge of procurement/planning principles, regulations, theories and processes.
Exposure to supply chain, planning, purchasing, materials and inventory control environment
Proven communication, leadership, and interpersonal and team-building skills
Experience in the medical device industry with knowledge of applicable FDA/GMP and International medical device regulations and standards
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
