Job Summary
The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides critical operational support to the Talent Acquisition and broader Talent & Culture team. This role ensures a seamless and professional candidate experience while supporting the administrative execution of key HR programs and processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and interact professionally with candidates, employees, and senior leaders.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for candidates visiting the office, including greeting candidates, escorting them to interview locations, and ensuring logistics run smoothly.
Track and monitor pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screens, and other onboarding requirements, ensuring timely completion.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Expand Energy, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the company’s professionalism, culture, and commitment to attracting top talent.
Maintain the applicant tracking system by accurately updating candidate statuses and dispositioning candidates to ensure compliance and clear visibility into the hiring process.
Coordinate career fair registrations and recruiting event logistics, helping ensure the company is well-positioned to attract strong talent pipelines.
HR Operations Support
Provide administrative support for the broader Talent & Culture team across HR programs and initiatives.
Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to employee inquiries or routing requests to the appropriate team members.
Coordinate and administer the company’s tuition reimbursement program, including application tracking and documentation management.
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course assignments, tracking completion, and maintaining accurate records.
Provide general administrative support to the Talent & Culture team as needed.
Contribute to improving HR processes and operational efficiency.
