Specific Responsibilities
The Compensation Analyst Advisor will support the Total Rewards team by leading the strategic development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. This role will involve conducting advanced compensation analyses, managing complex market research projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The Compensation Advisor will work closely with HR and senior management to provide expert recommendations and support for compensation-related matters
Lead the strategic development and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations.
Lead the company-wide combined compensation planning cycle (salary, equity, and bonus), including the development of the calendar, training and communication materials, and system set-up.
Conduct advanced market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Analyze compensation data to identify trends and key insights; make expert recommendations for strategic adjustments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with HR and senior management to provide expert support and key strategic recommendations for compensation-related matters.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compensation data and analysis.
Manage participation in compensation surveys and analyze survey results.
Develop and implement compensation communication and education materials, including delivery of presentations to leaders and employees.
Mentor junior level analysts and team members by sharing knowledge and expertise and/or peer reviewing work products.

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Math or a related field.
10+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
Experience with compensation surveys and market research required.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or working towards preferred.
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or working towards certification preferred.
