A Day in the Life of an Expenditure Accounting Intern
As an intern work within the Accounting department, you’ll gain real life experience during your college academic career. Accounting Interns work in our dynamic Expenditure Accounting group and get practical accounting experience through leading task-oriented projects and supporting a broad set of departmental functions across the team. As an Intern, you will join a diverse team of experienced professionals across one of our four functional groups: Accounts Payable, Capital Accounting, Payroll, or Miscellaneous Billing.

Education Required
Pursuing Bachelors Degree or higher required.
Active enrolled student during the months of May-Aug 2026
Freshman (27 or fewer credits) - $3,592/month
Sophomore (28 to 59 credits) - $3,982/month
Junior (60 to 89 credits) - $4,050/month
Senior (90 or more credits) - $4,334/month
Graduate Student - $5,200/month
Majors Preferred: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, and other related fields.
Skills Required
1+ years experience with MS Office software

Environment: Hybrid (Three days in office; Two days remote)
Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 9AM -5PM
