Prepares and produces basic complexity construction contract documents, using approved methods and standards under general supervision. Prepares and produces basic complexity design presentation materials, using approved methods and standards. Coordinates building design formulation and development of construction contract documents with architectural and engineering staff. Collects background information and documentation including “as ? built” data and field survey work, as necessary. Researches construction materials, technologies and methodologies as directed. Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 0 years. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

Skills and Abilities
Basic knowledge of technologies and methodologies in the use of construction materials. Basic knowledge of Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), preferably AutoCAD, and familiarity with modeling and rendering software programs. Solid knowledge of basic business office software (Word, Excel, etc.). Good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Revit and/or Sketchup.
