Overview

Responsibilities
A Communications professional who is responsible and accountable to the Director of Communications and the Director of Facilities Management. They are responsible for handling all types of calls and emergencies throughout the hospital, as well as, knowing the use of all communications equipment (switchboards) and specialized equipment, i.e. TTY (for hearing impaired.)
