Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field and two (2) years of experience in Sales, trading or buy-side positions. Must have two (2) years of experience with the following: Onboarding KYC Process – Know Your Customer and pre-trade requirements: Legal documents, credit lines, bank accounts mapping; Being client oriented -Knowing clients’ interests to be able to serve clients with trade ideas, market information, research as well as execution; Knowledge on handling clients’ orders and requests for prices on a variety of asset classes as well as knowledge on highly specialized internal pricing and booking tools; Counterparty risk, credits risk and reputational risks, as well as internal risks systems/tools and ability to navigate them; Knowledge and understanding of regulation on a wide variety of markets and asset classes as well as the regulatory framework for each client; and Knowledge on Fixed Income Products (Interest Rates, Credit and FX) and Macroeconomics. FINRA Certification (S7, S63, and SIE) required – must obtain within required period after enrollment upon hire. NFA Swaps Proficiency Program certificate required.
