What You'll Contribute

Play a critical role in establishing the strategy, vision, and goals for myFICO.

Own the product lifecycle from initial research and product requirements through post launch and ongoing measurement of performance KPIs and consumer acceptance.

Lead consumer and competitive research, define product roadmaps, create business cases, develop product requirements, and drive innovation.

Encourage collaborative idea generation, shared ownership, and commitment.

Coordinate across design, engineering, QA, marketing, and executive stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and planning.

Support timely execution and manage the tradeoffs necessary to ship the right products at the right time. 

Monitor, analyze, and interpret product and user data, iterating quickly based on insights.

Represent the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric design and innovation.

Ensure compliance with FCRA, CROA, CCPA and other relevant regulations and assist with internal compliance management.

What We're Seeking

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or financial field.  MBA strong plus.

8+ years in product management, with focus on online subscription businesses and e-commerce, and strong experience with mobile applications.

Preferred experience in credit monitoring, identity protection, fintech or adjacent domains.

Track record of success at taking products through all stages of the product lifecycle.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product and business issues while managing and implementing tactical product plans.

User-centric mind-set, with experience innovating to delight users.

Excellent technical, analytic, communication, and project management skills.

Entrepreneurial, collaborative, team-oriented outlook.

Experience working with agile development teams.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $140,000 to $220,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
