Manages the coordination of the activities of supply chain contracting with responsibility for results including costs, methods, and staffing. Responsible for operational performance, quality, service environment and regulatory compliance. Serves as subject matter expert. Provides oversight for identifying and executing strategic system-wide opportunities. Cultivates collaboration with team, key internal and external stakeholders.

Promotes contract compliance and working with Supply Chain leadership and other areas of Supply Chain to address requirements of applicable local, regional or national regulatory entities.
Partners with colleagues at all levels to support change and performance initiatives.
Promotes, establishes, and maintains open and effective communication with caregivers and leadership. Develops strong working relationships with key stakeholders, as well as internal and external partners. Works in a collaborative manner with all leadership and caregivers throughout PeaceHealth.

What you will bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related discipline, or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the incumbent with the requisite knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the job.
Master's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Master of Science in Nursing.
Minimum of 5 years Progressive growth in healthcare analytics, supply chain analytics, contract administration, procurement or other industry supply chain management /contracting.
Minimum of 2 years Leadership experience.
Experience and demonstrated proficiency with the use of MS Office.
Experience with Lawson Materials Management information system (MMIS) or other system preferred.
Experience with the use of change management tools preferred.
Certified Materials & Resources Professional preferred.
