Job Description

Amentum provides training and education, intelligence analysis, and program management services to U.S. government and commercial clients around the globe. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.  TS/SCI clearance is required. 

Responsibilities:

Will be a member of a team in support of INSCOM’s Assistant Chief of Staff, G3 in the areas of Force Management, Force Integration, Force Design, Manpower Studies and Analysis, and Transformation.
Develop the required HQDA stationing packets with submissions from the INSCOM Headquarters Staff elements.
Submit proposed HQDA stationing packets to the INSCOM G-3 Force Management Technical Task Manager (TTM) for review.
Conduct research of Dept of the Army unit stationing policy.
Conduct research of Chief of Staff of the Army unit stationing policy.
Conduct research of Army Regulations that govern unit station changes.
Review proposed INSCOM Force Management initiatives for stationing implications.
Report results of proposed INSCOM Force Management initiatives for stationing implications.
Develop MDMP COA’s with Pro’s and Con’s for INSCOM Force Management stationing actions; and Incorporate and synchronize other INSCOM principle staff contributions to stationing studies.
Conduct research of Dept of the Army TDA Equipment Requirement Change policy.
Conduct research of Army Regulations and policy that govern equipment BOIP, Unit Set Fielding, and Programs of Record, Supply Bulletins (SB), Line Item Numbers (LIN’s), Headquarters Dept of the Army managed equipment and non-tactical GSA type procured equipment;
Monitor FMSWeb for INSCOM TDA organization 4610-R request changes.
Collect and catalog 4610-R submissions, alerting the INSCOM G-3 FM TTM of equipment change requests, be prepared to start Headquarters INSCOM staffing, and report results of proposed INSCOM Force Management initiatives for stationing implications.
Catalog Headquarters INSCOM equipment requirement changes request staffing results and assist the INSCOM G-3 FM TTM in staffing INSCOM equipment requirement change requests with Headquarters Dept of the Army staff elements.
Develop INSCOM senior “read-ahead” Headquarters Dept of the Army G-3 ERVB information packets for the INSCOM G-3 FM TTM; and
Develop INSCOM CG/SES executive memorandums for ERVB results.

Requirements:

ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance is required
High School Diploma
2 years of Combat Support or Combat Service Support operations within the past 5 years of which at least 2 years included analytical review of military support operations missions, functions, roles, and associated tasks
Must be familiar with AR 5-10 Stationing guidance
Proficient with Microsoft office
Excellent time management, oral/written communication, and organizational skills

 Preferred:

Working understanding of Army organizations and processes
Working understanding of Army personnel and/or equipment management
Demonstrated proficiency in planning and executing complex projects
