Job Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Germantown, Wisconsin. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be expected to handle the company's financials, understand journal entries, and analyze financial statements, among other duties. This role is critical to maintaining our financial records and ensuring our accounting operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various financial tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping
• Manage Accounting Functions to ensure financial stability
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain accurate records
• Prepare the Annual Budget and ensure it aligns with financial goals
• Perform Cash Flow Analysis to monitor the company's financial health
• Use QuickBooks for financial management and, possibly, aid in conversion to QuickBooks Online
• Record and maintain Journal Entries for accurate financial records
• Analyze Financial Statements for accuracy and insights.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with preparing Annual Budgets
