Job Description
The Institutional Wealth - Senior Trust Associate is primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the services delivered to IW Clients. Also serves as a backup in the Relationship Manager’s absence, which requires interaction with large, complex, and/or high profile clients, plan participants, attorneys, investment managers, accountants, auditors, and consultants as well as Bank Administrative and Wealth Management Services personnel. The Senior Trust Associate analyzes, develops and implements solutions for extremely complex accounts and Departmental problems and issues. Works under limited supervision.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will work to problem solve with large client accounts and serve as a liaison between Wealth Management services and the client
You will perform complex research and deliver solutions to clients.
You’ll interact with clients, plan participants, auditors, attorneys, investment managers and accountants for problem resolution and account maintenance
You will research and resolve any issues related to retirement planning
You’ll serve as backup to the Relationship Manager in any absence
You will attend meetings with clients and prepare and present information.
You will be responsible for all detailed account documentation
You will work in excel, Microsoft Office and company software
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related experience or 9-11 years related work experience in Retirement or Institutional Trust Services, trust, legal or investment environment.
