The Frontline Products team crafts, builds, and implements the technology that enables our Frontline operators to grow revenue while providing an excellent partner experience. We work in lock-step with our engineering teams to build these experiences and run our core portfolio, which includes custom-developed and third-party corporate applications (Salesforce CRM, engagement, analytics and communication tools).

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our sales productivity technology product strategy! This role is responsible for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness by providing Sales teams the tools needed to supercharge their workflows. Your focus will be on delivering solutions that increase sales productivity while enabling a positive customer purchasing experience.

You Will Get To:

Lead the strategy and roadmap for sales productivity tooling for B2B sales teams.

Investigate and implement groundbreaking AI technology advancements in the sales technology space.

Partner with business line systems teams, enablement, marketing, and management to deliver platform capabilities that enable revenue generating business strategies.

Apply qualitative and quantitative research to quickly test, measure, and iterate on new product and feature concepts to improve value and mitigate risks.

Use product metrics to steer business decisions, identify product opportunities, and assess performance.

Serve as the product owner in agile scrum ceremonies from discovery through design, delivery and evaluation.

Engage with a diverse group of key partners and senior leaders by sharing progress and insights through product briefs, status updates, and demonstrations. 

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $145,500.00 - $232,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

5+ years experience as a Product Manager, collaborating with internal and external technology analysts and developers

Direct experience owning sales technology systems including CRM, Sales Engagement, Communication and/or Intelligence platforms.

Strong executive presence including written and verbal presentation abilities.

Exceptional ability to influence and drive consensus across leadership, product, engineering, and data science teams.

Demonstrated experience evaluating end-user experiences and business processes to meticulously document requirements for system development and testing

Proven track record of leading end-to-end project lifecycle and technical implementation of new products or features, from discovery to launch execution, including stakeholder management, user testing, and impact assessment

Exceptional decision-making abilities and experience in prioritizing work; adept at making trade-off decisions to align with customer needs and technology limitations.

Nice to have: Experience implementing AI productivity solutions for sales teams (Ex: AI sales development and next best action)
