Primary Responsibilities:

Keep products in your portfolio operating at peak performance by monitoring KPIs and recommending improvements.
Innovate on your products to improve user experience and drive down costs.
Develop and rally your team members around a shared vision and product strategy.
Contribute to and execute yearly roadmaps.
Own the product lifecycle.
Present regularly to stakeholders in upper management.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure product opportunities are valuable to customers, viable for the business, easy to use, and technically feasible.
Write clear and concise product documents to get buy-in and receive investment to build.
Build and maintain relationships across Vivint at various levels from PM to Executive level.
Identify opportunities for customer testing and drive execution while measuring and reporting results.
Partner with the Marketing team to prepare business cases, operations, sales, supply chain, and support product channels for launch.
Pursue product and industry knowledge, identify trends and opportunities, and become a subject matter expert on designated products.

Proficient at technical writing.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities, including multiple products.

Capable of creating a plan out of an ambiguous problem.

Required Education/Experience

Undergraduate degree in a related field
2+ years of product management experience
Hardware experience (preferred, but not required)
Relevant work experience with defining and delivering consumer products and/or services.
Ability to learn quickly.
