Responsibilities:
Elicit new requirements for system enhancements and write the Business requirements document
Manage IT projects and identify and resolve system development lifecycle risks
Work with the vendor on the solution of the requirements and make sure it is in line with the requirements
Participate in the testing effort and ensure a smooth delivery in production
Organize and participate in B@NCS training of the end users
Participate in launching and following up on market projects and initiatives as assigned
Identify product gaps or weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement
Communicate and apply project standards
Provide IT L3 support for production incidents and support tickets and assist in complex functional investigations
Work with Business stakeholders for new requirements and regular communications with them about release planning
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or other field of study (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 6 years’ IT financial industry experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) with at least 2 years in Custody business focusing on either Corporate Actions or Settlements processing
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish and sustain effective, professional relationships – the role will require frequent interaction across senior stakeholders & teams
Experience writing Requirements and Solution documents as a Business Analyst following Software development lifecycle methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of B@NCS application for Custody will be a major plus
Strong Corporate Actions and/or Settlements knowledge in US Market.
Knowledge of SWIFT ISO15022 standards or ISO20022 standards.
Testing or Production Support experience with any Custody application
SQL
Project management experience in IT domain

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $130k to $150k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
