Regular and predictable attendance
Assist in troubleshooting and repair of machines in production as needed
Run efficiently on desired sets
Run quality material within given specs provided
Ability to work and communicate with other associates, techs, and maintenance
Creel machine
Doff machine when desired length is met
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
Work well with team members
Previous Experience Knitting or Weaving
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
Must be able to read and understand knit specification sheets.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to work well with various groups of people such as vendors, customers, Milliken associates whether individually or in a team environment
Able to work well and communicate with production associates in order to assist with repairs and troubleshooting
Able to lift and move objects of up to 50 pounds

1. Standing: Ability to stand while working >95% of day
Sitting: Ability to sit down <5% of day
Moving: Ability to move throughout plant: >95% of day
Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. <25% of day
Ascending/Descending: Ability to walk upstairs, climb ladders, climb on
knit machine step boards (approx. 11”-14”) >25% of day
Push/Pull/Reach: Ability to push/pull fabric rolls, Boxes (approx.
50-150 lbs.) 15% of day
Bending: Ability to pick up objects from the floor 25% of day
Visual Acuity: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties,
including reading information from printed sources and
computer screens and identifying defects in fabric. 100% of day
9. Cognitive: Alert. Able to make decisions, reason, and understand

WORK ENVIRONMENT/SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION
This job operates in a manufacturing facility. This position is a safety-sensitive position and regularly works around moving mechanical parts and powered industrial vehicles. Noise level is generally loud.
SHIFT/WORK HOURS
Shift schedule will depend on open positions at time of hire and will be communicated with new hire paperwork. Weekends and holidays are scheduled depending on business demands.
1st Shift:8 AM – 6 PM
Mini-Shift: 6 PM – 10 PM
3rd Shift: 10 PM - 8 AM
