Role Summary
Provides advanced support to clients and processing of client transactions. Completes advanced analyses and reporting.
Responsibilities
Reviews and processes moderately complex transactions; reviews requests for proper documentation and authorization; performs necessary research in account history.
May perform quality checks of transaction processed by other team members. Identifies and takes action on errors; researches and implements prevention plans to minimize similar errors in the future; maintains departmental standards for quality and productivity.
Works with more senior associates on projects designed to improve business processes. Proactively identifies and recommends areas where improvements to straightforward transaction processing or client support can be improved.
Continues to develop knowledge of clients and client requirements. Works to develop mastery over firm policies and practices and identifies issues and areas of improvement where applicable.
Communicates either verbally or in writing with clients.
Qualifications
Required
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
1+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred Skills
1 year of Retail Account Management (RAM) experience
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.
