Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager position is primarily responsible for management and coordination of marketing for one or more divisions within BOK Financial. This individual develops, implements and reports on complex marketing programs which assist division(s) to achieve their growth and profit objectives which may include: strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing programs; developing and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns (print, broadcast, digital, social), managing projects related to direct mail, special events, or special one-off projects. In addition, this individual manages marketing budgets and oversees production, design, and project costs.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You’ll manage all aspects of strategic and tactical marketing for business line initiatives and ongoing marketing support, working directly with key employees (market leader, business line contact, product manager).
You’ll report on success metrics, using ROI information and adjust as necessary.
You’ll negotiate external partnerships, sponsorship or event opportunities and conduct market research, focus groups, special events, seminars You’ll work with advertising agencies, division managers, media contacts and outside professionals.
You’ll manage the internet and intranet changes for specific areas for assigned business line or support functions.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business related field and 7+ years’ work experience in marketing or related field; or 10+ years of equivalent work experience. Bank and/or financial services related experience preferred with basic knowledge of consumer, mortgage, business, commercial and/or wealth/investment products preferred.
