Responsibilities
Create and manage activity plans.
Maintain an ideas development backlog.
Document business requirements in Confluence and develop user stories.
Collaborate with development teams to conduct cost-benefit analyses.
Coordinate with testing teams to track progress through JIRA.
Manage handovers to support teams.
Required Skills
Deep expertise in Salesforce Financials as a Business Analyst, including comprehensive knowledge of all related components.
Experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
A good sense of design and aesthetics for creating one-pagers and updating SharePoint sites.
Ability to critically evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements.
