Prometric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Director Sales South Central region who possess outstanding technology sales experience, honed customer service skills, and a passion for providing innovative business solutions in a variety of settings and inceptions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Representative to join our team in the South Central region of the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, a deep understanding of K-12 assessment needs and standards, a proven track record in supporting school districts as a thought partner. As a Representative for K-12 Prometric, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our comprehensive suite of assessment and data analytic solutions. We value individuals for this role who can both “farm” and “hunt” - who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business with new logos in the tech sector. The ideal fit will be innovative enough diagnose and to suggest tailored solutions to common client problems. Dedication to developing long-term relationships and facilitating smoother connections between our clients and our internal executives is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the K-12 education sector in Texas. Develop and execute strategic plans to organizational goals achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and district officials. Understand their needs and present tailored Prometric assessment solutions to address those needs.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Prometric’s K-12 assessment products and services. Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding product features, benefits, and implementation.
Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies and action plans to increase market penetration and drive sales performance. Utilize data and market insights to inform and adjust strategies.
Customer Support: Offer exceptional implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university
5+ years of professional experience in account management / client services with a proven track record expanding client relationships
Proven connections within school districts that can be leveraged for new sales relationships
EXPERIENCE
Ability to identify and advance new revenue streams for assigned technology focused client portfolio
Ability to link Prometric service offerings to clients current and future needs as well as differentiate from competition
Experience managing internal SME’s for positive outcomes
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly articulate business progress, issues, challenges and resolutions.
Well versed in Contract negotiations
Experience working closely with technology-focused companies to understand their unique needs and tailor Prometric’s solutions to meet those needs.
