The Opportunity
“In this highly visible and critical role, you’ll be leading complex cloud engagements as an AWS Cloud Engineer focused on Connectivity and Authentication Services. You’ll interface with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure AWS security, privacy, and compliance requirements are addressed using cloud best practices and an array of state of the art, services, and technologies. Successful engineers provide expertise in designing, and supporting high quality, reliable services at scale that support FICO’s customers and it’s vast portfolio of products. With a deep technical knowledge of AWS services, automation, scripting, security best practices, and systems architecture you’ll be working on a variety of different challenges facing the organization. What You’ll Contribute
Collaborate with security and other global technology services teams to define security standards for AWS.
Ensure suitable tooling and functionality is available to meet security requirements in the AWS environment.
Connect with product teams to provide expert advice on migrating existing products into an AWS environment in a secure manner.
Engage with security teams to ensure solutions delivered in AWS are secured to FICO standards.
Provide AWS Best practice security guidance to all other FICO teams.
Scripting automation and configuration management (Terraform, Cloud formation, Bash, Python).
Assist with Infrastructure Engineering teams to design and maintain an appropriate AWS shared “Infrastructure" components, with an emphasis on securing the environment.
Writing and enforcement of security policies in a cloud environment.
Provide guidance on designing solutions that deliver cross-platform compatibility in a secure manner.
Serve on a 24x7 on-call rotation for one week every month
What We’re Seeking
Advanced experience working in an AWS Environment (required).
Proven experience with secure design and architecture in a dynamic Cloud Environment.
Experience architecting and operating complex AWS cloud (Direct connect, transit gateway, VPCs, gateway load balancers, application LB, auto-scale groups, security groups, IAM, etc.) and in a large-scale Managed Service Provider, Enterprise, or Hyperscaler environments.
Experience working with security tooling (Cloud Custodian, Qualys, Vault, CyberArk, Vormetric, Splunk).
Skilled in scripting automation and configuration management (Terraform, Cloud formation, Bash, Python).
Experience with IDP (ideally Okta), SAML, OAuth authentication or other SSO providers.
Experience with directory service providers, such as LDAP, and Active Directory.
Experience designing secure Bastion/Gateway Services, AWS tagging compliance, and server hardening with multi factor authentication.
Experience designing and implementing a secure server environment.
AWS Certifications (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $112,000 to $176,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
