Hi-Cone, a division of ITW,  is a leading global supplier of ring carrier multi-packaging systems for the Alcohol & Non-Alcoholic Ready to Drink (NARTD) beverage markets, providing sustainable secondary packaging solutions to major Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies.  Hi-Cone is looking to change the way the world sees secondary multipackaging for the beverage industry. Join our team as a Sales Account Manager and become a trusted advisor to some of the biggest names in the beverage industry. This role is based out of our Itasca, IL facility and it is an in-office role 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Annual Sales Plan: Manage and exceed annual sales expectations for assigned accounts by providing strategic and tactical direction to retain existing business and deepen customer relationships.
Customer Metrics: Ensure delivery on Customer Facing Metrics (CFMs) to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Forecasting: Handle forecasting activities, from customer data collection to internal updates.
Market Understanding: Develop insights into customer needs and competitive landscape to create compelling value propositions.
Technical Collaboration: Work with Technical Services to optimize operational efficiencies at customer sites.
Market Insights: Share observations and learnings from market visits with Key Account Managers (KAM), Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
Strategic Management: Oversee strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, and project coordination.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling a technical product, preferably in B2B environments to other manufacturers.
Results-Driven: Proven track record of leveraging data to drive successful results.
Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated high attention to detail.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Industry Experience: Experience with packaging equipment, packaging materials, or in the beverage industry is a plus.
