As a Senior Product Manager on the Visa Direct Risk and Controls Ecosystem team, you will work on securing Visa Money Movement products. Your role will involve overseeing the Program Information Form (PIF) process, which evaluates new programs to confirm they adhere to Visa's risk and compliance standards.

This involves conducting thorough risk reviews with cross-functional partners in a timely manner, while enhancing the client experience.
Essential Functions:
Analyzing program metrics and conducting data research for potential improvements
Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on results
Resolving long-standing cases by discussing with regional leads or stakeholders and identifying root causes
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements for the Program Information Form (PIF) application
Conducting user acceptance testing of application changes before a tech release
Performing post-implementation validation of application changes
Developing and executing plans for changes, assisting with change communication, and informing affected parties
Maintaining program documents, obtaining approvals, and publishing using platforms like Compass and Visa Online
Developing processes and documenting procedures, such as requirements gathering and defect management
