The Director-Digital Operations, Industrial Solutions runs the DT Digital Operations to enable Cordant (IET Digital) and ensures successful delivery of it through upfront stakeholders engagement, building and mobilizing the right operation teams and leveraging the partners ecosystem across Digital products, central DT and Engineering organizations.

The Key Focus of this role is to run the Cloud Platform Operations for Cordant Ecosystem, L1/L2 SRE Support organization for Cordant customers, Disaster recovery for the Cordant Saas Platform, Monitoring and Observability, and Operations Tools and Processes.

As a Director - Digital Technology, Cordant, you will be responsible for:

Contributing to the definition of the "digital pillars" strategy and approach for the DT enablement team to support the execution of Cordant Portfolio.
Designing future state DT operational processes to enable Industrial Solutions (Cordant) for success, balancing reuse of existing DT procedures while providing IS with the speed and scale it needs.
Driving continuous improvement projects (process & technology) to increase cloud infrastructure resiliency & availability.
Being accountable for discovery and introduction of new processes and technologies needed to support Industrial Solutions.
Being accountable for Cordant cloud platform governance, maintenance, and support. Responsible for creating an Operations Governance framework for running IS Digital pillars, this will include focus on Infrastructure platform operations and support, Security Operations, Integrations, and robust disaster recovery.
Being responsible for owning and running the M&O framework for the Cordant ecosystem and leveraging the golden metrics across SRE organization and providing actionable insights and troubleshooting.

Being responsible for growing the SRE organization dedicated to resolving day to day issues in production for Customer tenants

Being accountable for production issues fast resolution and overall infrastructure resiliency & availability
Performing Tools and Process Simplifications for Operations focused on Ticketing, Knowledge base, M&O, Remote access, AI. Key focus on integration of Service now into the IET ecosystem for ITIL , knowledge base and customer support.
Performing continuous engagement with key partners, define what is needed then action plans to support the execution rigor
Being responsible for optimizing resources for cost and time across the Industrial Solutions Portfolio

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management and an overall 10 years of experience in the software and IT space.
Have oral and written communication skills. Have interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects and operations. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
Manage ambiguity: understands the contexts, makes assumptions and execute
Have a good hold on Application Operations, SRE, M&O , Devops
