Job Statement: As a member of the Operations team, the Team Member will be responsible for performing all jobs in the work cell to build quality seats in an efficient manner. As a Team Member, you support department and plant goals as established, participate in continuous improvement activities and the high performing work team model.

Drive 5S in the area and hold others accountable to 5S World Class Housekeeping standards
Identify scrap, defect or quality issues as they appear
Ensure we do our work, the right way the first time to deliver the right quality to our customer
Drive to resolve quality issues and review quality alerts and metrics
Read Liaison reports to make improvements and correct issues
Complete all repairs they can in station
Ensure poka-yokes in place
Process:
Assure safety, quality, production and work standards are always followed
Drive, contribute to and fully support continuous improvement suggestions and projects
Adhere to and measure line KPI’s
Inspect equipment, tools, structures, or materials to identify repair needs or other problems or defects
Learn and rotate through all the tasks in the team cell
Drive to meet/exceed line efficiency targets to ensure customer delivery is achieved
