The role will work cross-functionally to shape and provide the quantitative and qualitative standards enabling competitive customer interactions to achieve our in-market targets He/she will drive the development in thinking of customer interaction journeys, on short – and mid-term basis. The key stakeholders for the role are National Sales Managers, Business Unit Leads and Brand Teams. In addition, he/she will support leadership team in providing insights and tools for data-driven decision making, performance reporting and customer facing operations (CRM, incentive planning, sales target setting and trainings).
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Advise business partners on efficient territories division to enable balanced growth potential for commercial teams and optimal reach and frequency for commercial and medical field teams.
Cooperates closely with respective EMEA networks and other MSM countries to shape sales effectiveness strategies.
Leads implementation of local or EMEA field force effectiveness initiatives such as selling and coaching framework or key account management
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to field force performance, including sales data and operational metrics.
Design tools to support territory management (eg. pts trackers, sales reports, target realization)
Establish and oversee the process of setting field force KPIs to optimize customer engagement (capacity, coverage, frequency, and channel mix).
Provides customer focused, effectiveness dashboards, designing and monitoring.
Support NSMs in the optimal target allocation trough models and scenario testing.
Facilitate the design, execution, and calculation of bonus/incentives for customer-facing commercial organization.
Identify and recommend field force efficiency improvements.
Provides analytics systems trainings for customer-facing roles to drive empowerment and foster bottom-up performance culture,
Designing and maintaining company performance dashboards

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements (knowledge, education, skills):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, and/or related field)
Min 5-year experience in Pharma industry
Competency in generating meaningful reports and insights from this data.
Knowledge of modern analytical tools (SQL, PowerBi)
Strategic mindset and analytical skills
Project Management
Strong leadership skills and ability to work in x-functional teams.
Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
Ability to work within a diverse workforce that is oriented around customer engagement.
