Summary:
Seeking an experienced Sr Analyst to join the Data Admin team. This position is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of various enterprise-wide applications. This includes creating, maintaining, and archiving all referential Master Data to ensure integrity and uniformity across various business groups. Must be comfortable interacting with other departments within the company, as well as external customers and vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Administration of several enterprise applications (SAP/IS-OIL, Synthesis, eXSite/Dearman, PFIS, T4, Pipeline Schedular, Inventory Scheduler, WellTrax, RighAngle, OceanSmart Smart Vetting).
· Application Administration includes configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the various system software components (system efficiency, performance, and security).
· Creation, maintenance, and archiving of all referential / Master Data to ensure integrity and uniformity across all business groups.
· Understand a multi tired server/software configuration (Frontend, middleware application, backend database)
· Understanding of relational databases (SQL / Access)
· Understand middleware interface applications (Cross-reference tables)
· Act as liaison with vendors, external customers, and various internal groups (Pipeline operations and Terminals, Crude Trucking, Finance, Business Development, Accounting, and IT Systems) on issues and changes to maintain data integrity across all systems.
Document/capture all referential data maintenance processes to ensure requirements are met according to corporate compliance. Must understand and adhere to strict control procedures to ensure proper SOX reporting.

Work hours will include “on call” support, including some nights and weekend hours. Team members rotate weeks or volunteer. After-hours support includes urgent emergency incidents (server patches, reboots, etc.).

Be a trusted advisor, help the business make informed decisions by presenting relevant system solution alternatives for key challenges; evaluate the business and system impact of proposed changes

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
General knowledge of accounting information systems, business operations, processes and information flow
Possibility of travel overnight
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
