The Opportunity
The Deal Analysts will work directly with the Head of MMLIS Advisor Loan Programs to develop practice assessment capabilities for both EXP GDC Wealth Recruits and Practice Acquisition candidates. This will include detailed financial assessments, loan structures and break evens, sensitivity analysis and coordination of these efforts across the necessary home office partners.

The Impact:
Align with the Head of MMLIS Advisor Loan Programs on:
Responsible for analysis, reporting and problem solving as it relates to all advisor loan programs administered through MMLIS
Produces detailed reports and report summaries through the recruit deal generation process to allow for informed decision making on each candidate. With general guidance responsible for the collection, organization, analysis and dissemination of significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Interpret loan profitability requirements into meaningful insights to allow for rapid decision making.
Identification/development of key performance indicators applicable to analysis.
Profile, categorize, and analyze quality of data. Derive meaningful insights through visualizations for the governance team
Develop presentation materials, and meeting collateral for Advisor Loan programs
Consult while providing directional guidance to data users.
Perform reporting and system testing related to system enhancements in scheduled timeframes.
The Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
3+ years experience in a client-facing analytics, strategy consulting, or financial analysis position in the financial services or insurance industry
1+ year advanced experience with Excel
Due to the nature of this position, as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA
The Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Experience measuring/assessing financial risk
Experience analyzing datasets, identifying actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations and/or dashboards
Experience presenting simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels
Experience working with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions with insights and measurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tableau and/or SAS software experience
Excel VBA experience
