The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Learning Ecosystem Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Establishing requirements and designing LMS learning experiences that meet established stakeholder needs
Designing, testing, and implementing learner experiences in enterprise LMS
Developing and maintaining system documentation and reporting for individual learning initiatives
Configuring, testing, and implementing learning management system audiences, assignments, library topics, news pages, notifications, organizations, and domains, according to stakeholder requirements for learner experiences
Troubleshooting errors and escalated tickets from the Global Service Center and other admins in the LMS
Partner with vendors, IT and the Ecosystem Leader and Designer to support, test and implement system updates, clean-up efforts, and maintenance of the LMS as well as transferring knowledge and conduct training for other LMS Administrators and the GSC
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Two (2) years of Learning Management System Experience in a private, public, government or military.
OR
High school diploma and AND five (5) years of Learning Management System Experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
AND
One (1) year experience with SumTotal Learning Management system
Experience with SumTotal Learning Management System Configuration
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Advanced troubleshooting for complex scenarios within SumTotal
Experience with implementations of learning management platforms for large enterprises
Experience working with IT and technical vendors of LMS platform
Problem-solving and solutions-focused skills
Strong organizational skills
The ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
Learning mindset and at ease with agility
