Support operations in Lower 48 with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure system functions as required for Ops team.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) using Hilcorp software Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Support staff with creating and managing work orders
Manipulate, maintain, and perform quality control on database information. Create additional databases and tools as needed.
Support regulatory compliance requirements for documenting work performed and conducted on equipment.
Provide setup and training of work order system and database tools.
Support Acquisitions and new facility setups.
Manage data input for material transfer requests and maintain database accuracy.
Actively work with Asset Teams to determine new uses of EAM to support Hilcorp's' continually growing needs
Train and mentor EAM users and support persons.

Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
Other Job Responsibilities:
Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
Work with Operations team to optimize field production and minimize the time needed at the computer by operations team.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Two (2) years minimum database management or CMMS experience. Preference given to oil and gas related experience.
Working knowledge of information technology, modern electronic data processing theory, and network applications.
Exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving computer related problems while maintaining patience, professionalism, and courtesy.
Ability to work established work schedule.
Ability to solve problems accurately and exceptional proficiency in data management.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
Requires less supervision in the performance of routine duties.
Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
Required: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred: Strong working knowledge of oil and gas industry applications.
Education Requirements:
Required: Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability, and skill to handle the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in information technology or a closely related field or technical degree with any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability and skill to handle the duties and responsibilities of the position.
