Job Description

SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE

This position is part of our Global Product Organization and will support the development of our perception systems products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development of Next Generation Active Safety Vision Components and Products
Create technical documentation compatible with AS&UX standards.
Customer requirements and technical specifications analyze.
Define parameters and functionality of product according to customer requirements.
Create and maintain documentation for electronic prototypes.
Analyze market available technical innovations according to applying in Aptiv products.
Vehicle and bench test execution support.
Active support and cooperate with software and test engineers.
Active participation in systems reviews and project meetings.
Keep contact with customer regarding project.
Active participation in technical innovations and organization programs.
Accomplish tasks in accordance to AS&UX quality standards and schedules.
Care for good company image in front of customers and co-operator companies.
Continuous develop of professional qualifications.
Care for confidential information and company’s property.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related
Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurements
Familiarity with the application of micro-controllers and SW programming
Good English knowledge
Team oriented
Honesty in relation with company, clients and co-operators
Strong familiarity with the MS Office
Methodical approach to problem solving
Working knowledge of the automotive electronic
Experience in Automotive industry
Ability to travel

SKILLS:

Experience in Product/System Architecture
UML tools ( Enterprise Architect) 
Requirements Managements tools (Polarion)
Simulators, oscilloscopes, Vector CAN Analyzer/CANoe etc
Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE, ISO26262)
Structured problem solving tools (3L5Y, Fish Bone, 5D)
Vehicle network topology
HW schema and debugging skills
ADAS System Knowledge
Agile/Scrum Principles
Model based system design
Automotive Standards Knowledge
