In this role, you will support the Corporate Real Estate team with various lease administration and reporting/analysis functions. Responsibilities may include database maintenance and lease tracking, compiling and reporting on real estate metrics and data to support workplace strategy initiatives, and general support of real estate activities as needed.
Role Responsibilities
Manage lease abstraction process by reviewing, tracking, and maintaining key dates, clauses, and financial information from real estate lease records into lease management software database.
Compile and analyze data from various sources to support headcount and location strategy decisions. Build clear and effective reports that provide insight and direction on real estate strategies and initiatives for real estate leadership team.
Monitor, track and report on critical lease dates, renewals, and expirations and coordinate with Senior Real Estate Manager to forecast plans for upcoming lease transactions.
Assist in the ongoing management of the lease administration system by performing data audits to ensure all critical information is accurate and up to date.
Reconcile lease invoices and statements, verifying rent charges as appropriate within the terms of the lease, and processing invoices for timely payments.
Partner with landlords and internal accounting teams to research and resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries related to lease terms.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and tracking systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate, 3-5 years’ experience, or equivalent
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases, including real estate database application experience (such as CoStar, Yardi, MRI, etc.)
Ability to extract and compile data into clear, actionable insights to inform and support real estate portfolio decisions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrate initiative, and exercise judgment in a fast paced and changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excels both independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is 78,750.00 – 105,000.00 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
