Job Description

Summary:

Develops and maintains sales relationships with all levels/sizes of customers. Sells products and services to existing and new customers in the field. May be entrusted to handle the largest accounts and/or the most complex products. Handles special projects, as assigned.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Process customer quotes and order requests.
Handle all return requests and Field Product.
Maintain open and closed order files.
Knowledge and understanding of customer requirements per specifications.
On call after hours duty applies.
Adjusts and/or coordinates complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Responsible for accurate and timely order maintenance.
Conduct regular sales meetings with a structured agenda, focusing on sales funnel management, forecast review, market share actions, strategic marketing, and alignment with the overall sales strategy.
Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, production planning, accounting, and management teams to optimize sales outcomes and address any challenges or bottlenecks in the sales process.
Ability and willingness to utilize CRM tools to capture opportunities, wins and losses and update market scope and size

Skills/Knowledge

Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services, customer requirements and competitive market.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven negotiating skills.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Experience

3+ years of oilfield services experience.

This segment supplies production equipment, including well site production and process equipment; and a range of industrial and process valves. The company was formerly known as Forum Oilfield Technologies, Inc. and changed its name to Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. in August 2010. Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
