OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for supporting and driving all aspects of recruitment efforts for primarily non-exempt positions for numerous plasma centers while partnering with various Hiring Managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies to support business initiatives.

This position requires extensive interactions with Hiring Managers and other business partners in a high volume and fast paced environment using initiative and excellent time management skills. The chosen incumbent will help contribute to the overall success of the BioLife Talent Acquisition Team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform as a Primary Recruiter across numerous plasma centers to include establishing location specific Talent Acquisition Strategies for both new and existing plasma centers.
Identify talent gaps and trends within support areas and proactively build sourcing channels to fill those needs.
Work with cross functional teams on several projects as needed to enhance efficiency and strategize how to increase candidate flow when needed.
Ability to communicate effectively, present and deliver training to district managers and key stakeholders.
Consult with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to understand the external marketplace for talent in various locations and talent implications resulting from shifts within the business as well as current hiring trends, metrics & issues.
Serve as a consultative and strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to a variety of Hiring Managers to help drive business results throughout the recruitment process to execute on business needs.
Identify and implement various proactive and just in time sourcing strategies to identify and attract quality candidates in a timely fashion by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
Prescreen, identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
Build solid and positive relationships with numerous HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure efficient and effective staffing processes.
Help to champion Inclusion and Diversity by building education, sourcing practices and targeted goals into the staffing process.
Participate in relevant recruitment projects leading to continuous improvements resulting in time and cost savings to help cultivate a ‘best in class’ candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
Ensure ongoing integrity of data in Workday.
Prepare job offers and process relocations, when necessary.
Assist with driving and ensuring a welcoming, comprehensive and efficient application and pre-employment experience for candidates.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

High School Diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred.
3- 5 years recruiting experience preferably in a high volume and decentralized organization.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Travel 5-10%

Base Salary Range: $64,400 to $92,000 based on candidate professional experience level.  Employees may also be eligible for Short Term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off.
