Your Responsibilities
As an Occupational Health Expert for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide medical expertise in occupational case management and OSHA compliance.
Measure Deere’s occupational health goals, establish culture, manage communication and metric reporting across the organization.
Develop and maintain occupational health management systems.
Provide technical and process support to Occupational Health Practitioners and Regional Occupational Health Professionals.
Lead a Health Community of Practice across the global occupational health teams and monitor emerging occupational health trends in the industry.
Act as a Liaison with other key stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure successful execution of health priorities.
Act as a technical expert on legal matters & legislative trends related to occupational health.
Hold responsibility for the management and implementation of a significant element of quality change initiatives or continuous operational improvements to support the creation of an environment that assures excellent patient experience, patient safety, and high-quality patient outcomes.

What Skills You Need
10 or more years of experience in occupational health-centric roles in a manufacturing environment
Expert-level case management experience to provide guidance to health and safety professionals within the organization
Managerial experience, which includes leadership, issue management, motivation, and/or team building
Knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Guidelines, methods and processes
Proven communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of management
Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 50%
What Makes You Stand Out
Proven ability to lead and execute change management on a global scale
Masters degree in a Health/Medicine discipline
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelors degree in a Health/Medicine discipline
