Job Description
Position Description:
Performs all maintenance duties associated with the building
Production functions including but not limited to conveyors, electo-mechanical control systems, safety devices, non-motorized equipment, racking, handling equipment and welding Maintains and repairs a variety of systems inherent to the building such as plumbing, electrical, lighting, heating, and sprinkler systems.
Maintains and repairs structural components of the building such as roof or walls.
Maintains the grounds of the facility and all other buildings.
Special projects as assigned.

Work Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Welding
Conveyor System knowledge (a must)
Electrical Experience
Basic Plumbing
Basic Carpentry
Machine tool experience
Basic electronic
Basic HAVC
Basic Controlls
Written/verbal communication
Understanding mechanical equipment
Organization and math skills
Prior industrial maintenance experience preferred
