Overview
As our Family Medicine Clinic Nurse at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group, you will help patients receive quality care and improve their overall health outcomes. Every day, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with procedures, and providing patient education. You will be expected to maintain accurate patient records, communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must be knowledgeable in the field of family medicine, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be able to use electronic health records and other clinical software programs.

Responsibilities
We are offering relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Coordinates, supervises and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise,knowledge and evidence-based practice.
Practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards,
Input, extract, and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient centered medical home.
Responsible for direct patient care, to include rooming, obtaining vitals, patient assessment & education, and discharge planning.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Greater than two years of RN experience
AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
Communication, Team building, Clinical competency pursuant to department requirements.
Preferred:
BSN
Greater than two years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience
Bi-lingual, Leadership, Proficient with Google Workspace
Team leader or coordinator
