The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an IT Data Readiness, MDM Data Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Lead the global design of the data conversion objects within your assigned functional area
Facilitate scoping and functional conversion design and mapping workshops in cooperation with local/global Process and IT Subject Matter Experts
Drive data cleansing and data enrichment during all project phases
Support the data load process for test cycles and Go Live
Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure projects are on track and aligned with strategic goals
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
OR
High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of eight (8) years of SAP ERP systems and data experience
Four (4) years of SAP ERP systems and data experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you even further to succeed in this role include:
Experience leading solution development and deployment activities for the core data conversion processes and tools within an ERP Ecosystem
Experience with ERP data models, data conversion processes and data analytics
Experience collaborating with process partners to define solution design, providing direction and specifications to solution developers
Experience leading cross-functional global teams in an enterprise environment
Familiarity with working with supply chain and customer-facing business functions

The expected compensation range for this position is $103,233 - $126,174, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
